How can I change my name on my account?
  To change a name of record due to a legal name change, we need a copy of the court document approving the change. Please mail your request to:

How can I remove or add a borrower to my loan?
  For a borrower(s) to be removed from liability, an Assumption is required. An Assumption would apply for the following situations: divorce, death of sole borrower (owner), and in transfer or sale of the property. If you need further information as to whether or not your loan is qualified to be assumed, please call 610-325-5002 and choose option #3.
