How does the Automatic Deduction of Mortgage Payment work?
Your mortgage payment (and if requested, an extra principal payment) will be electronically transferred to SFN by your financial institution and credited to your mortgage loan.
How do I request changes to my Automatic Deduction of Mortgage Payment?
E-mail or mail a request specifying the change you'd like to make, along with a newly voided check. Or, if you are drafting from a savings account, ask your financial institution for their "Transit/ABA" number and send that information along with your savings account number to the following address:

How do I cancel my Automatic Deduction of Mortgage Payment?
If you choose to cancel your automatic mortgage payment and receive coupons there will be a charge of $250.00. Please mail a request with a check for $250.00 to:
