FAQs >> Property Taxes

How are my taxes paid?
If you have an escrow account, SFN pays your real estate tax bills. The only types of taxes that can be paid from your escrow account are for County, Township and School taxes.

Do I need to send SFN a copy of my tax bill?
Yes. Please be sure to include your account number and mail the entire ORIGINAL bill to:

Attn: Escrow Administration:
State Financial Network, Inc.
1974 Sproul Road Suite 302
Broomall, PA 19008

What happens if my property taxes become delinquent and I don't have an escrow account?
The taxing authority will notify us if your taxes are delinquent. Then you will receive a letter from us advising you that we require evidence that you have paid the delinquent item and request that you provide such proof. If we do not receive the information requested, we will pay the taxes on your behalf and establish an escrow account to pay future property taxes. If this occurs, the escrow will be required for the remaining life of the loan.
