Unfortunately, passwords cannot be changed. Passwords are provided at random by our software. It selects a unique series of numbers and letters for each mortgage account. If your password is lost or stolen, please contact SFN immediately to obtain a new randomly selected password.

| If I have multiple home loans serviced by SFN, can I access all of my mortgages using one password? |

Currently, you have a unique password for each loan. Please be sure to enter the password provided with all “CAPS”.

| How frequently is my account information updated? |

Your loan information is updated daily.

| Why do I receive an error message when I try to access my account? |
| |
You may have entered your social security or password incorrectly. Be sure not use “DASHES” in your social security number and enter your Password with all “CAPS”.
